TCF WORLDWIDE CANDLE LIGHTING

ST. PAUL CHAPTER REMEMBRANCE PROGRAM

DECEMBER 11, 2016 @ 6:30 P.M.

BEAVER LAKE LUTHERAN CHURCH
This is our chapter’s most looked-forward-to event of the year. You can invite extended family and close friends to our program to remember your child, sibling and/or grandchild with you. Our program includes readings and music (Tami Briggs, Therapeutic Harpist (with Musical Reflections http://www.musicalreflections.com/home/ ) will be playing her harp 15-20 minutes before the program, so, if you desire, come early to listen to the gentle, calming sounds of Tami’s harp music beforehand) Singers Dan Westmoreland and Bill Englund will also be performing for us.

Our program starts at 6:30 p.m. so that all our candles will be lit with the others in our time zone of 7:00 p.m. As candles burn down in one time zone, they are lit in another, creating a virtual wave of light encircling the globe in remembrance of all children who have died. Candles will be provided.
 You can bring a picture of your loved one or a small memento to put on the table in the Education Room. We will gather in the Education Room following the program for light refreshments.
 If you are able, please bring something to share (nothing that needs heating please) such as finger foods, goodies, snacks, baked goods, etc. It could be your loved one’s favorite holiday treat or what you think they may have liked. Our chapter will provide the beverages. These are light refreshments and not a meal.
 Our “Photo Button Guy” will be available to make a photo button of your loved one. Bring a COPY of a photo on plain white paper to fit a 3” button – bring the copy of the photo on the whole sheet of paper and do not cut around it. NO original photos and NOT on cardstock – plain paper only.
